The Company offers a refund policy for purchases made directly on the website www.realworldaihub.com (“Website”) if you are not satisfied with the Product, provided that the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy are met, along with the refund rights mandated by applicable laws.

I. SUBSCRIPTION

www.realworldaihub.com (“Website”) is provided by RealWorld AI Hub Ltd for free access to basic features. To unlock the full potential and unlimited features of RealWorld AI Hub, including advanced AI tools, paid subscriptions are required. Full details of features and pricing are available on the Website and user dashboard. Subscription options and prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region. Your subscription plan details will be provided before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. See Section IV for Cancellation instructions.

II. FREE TIER

You may access free tier options during your first three requests for artwork generation. To continue using the platform after that, you will need to select one of the paid subscription options available on the Website.

III. PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your subscription using a debit or credit card, with payments processed through the Stripe payment system. Payment will be charged to the method you provided during purchase, and you authorize us to charge subscription fees to the payment method you select.

IV. CANCELLATION

Canceling your subscription will stop the automatic renewal, but you will retain access to subscription features for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

  • For App Store Purchases: If eligible, request a refund through Apple’s support page.
  • For Google Play Purchases: Refunds must be requested via Google’s support page.
  • For Website Purchases: Subscriptions can be managed via the Stripe Customer Portal. To cancel a subscription, you can email us at [email protected] or use the cancellation link in the confirmation email received after purchase. Be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid charges. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable laws.

V. REFUNDS

In general, all purchases are final and non-refundable. However, the Company may grant refunds in certain cases, subject to the following criteria:

Refund Requests Within 7 Days:
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing directly through the Website. Refund eligibility is based on product usage—users who have created 3 or fewer artworks are eligible for refunds. Users who exceed 3 artworks will not be eligible for refunds due to the server resources and operational costs involved in AI processing.

Exceptions:

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase are not eligible.
  • Users with active product usage (more than 3 artworks generated) are not eligible for refunds.

General Conditions:
Payments are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met. Any alternative refund options provided at checkout will override this policy.

VI. CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES

If a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated, the Company may immediately disable or terminate your account. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks by providing the relevant financial institution with proof of authorized payments.

VII. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our subscription plans and refund policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Website and/or via email. If you do not agree with any new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
